Church Callings

We thought it was interesting that after attending church only one time that Todd was called to be the Young Men's President. He was sustained and set apart today. Today was the family's first day of church. I was also sustained and set apart today as the 1st counselor in the Primary Presidency. What's even more interesting is that I hadn't even attended church yet. We walked into the building and the Branch President pulled me aside and asked if he could talk to me. He then issued me the calling. Now I did meet the Branch president at a potluck social the branch had the first day we were here in Kuwait so I guess I wasn't a total stranger.
